The aim of the expert team of bioinformaticians is to provide computational resources and full data analytics services to biomedical researchers and to support diagnostics. The service portfolio includes a wide variety of standardized NGS data analysis workflows based on international protocols. This includes the evaluation of whole genomes, exomes and gene panels. Beside the standard workflows, custom algorithms and pipelines are also developed and implemented to fulfill the needs of customers.
