A dual laser flow cytometer with cell sorting, optimized for use with up to 8 colour panels. The instrument is capable of sorting up to four populations simultaneously. At the same time, it is equipped with a plate moving application, which, combined with the versatile controllability and precision of the device, allows single cell sorting. It is also capable of maintaining the sample in sterile conditions, even in 'aseptic mode', during cytometric measurement and cell sorting.
