The first Pécs Molecular Pathology Afternoon was held on 26 May 2022 with the participation of oncologists from Szekszárd, Kaposvár and Pécs. In addition to the clinical aspects of personalized treatment options for lung cancer, the event included a detailed report on the NGS-based genetic diagnostics results from the collaboration between the Genomics and Bioinformatics Core Facility of the Szentágothai Research Centre (University of Pécs) and the Department of Pathology of the University of Pécs. The participants also discussed current issues of everyday diagnostics during a round table talk. The event was supported by Roche Hungary Ltd.
